Love the beads soft refreshing water now rather than hard water

This is my 3rd shower head and I love it.

I bought my first one in May 2023, loved it so much I got one for my daughter who was complaining about dry skin and hair. She loves it. This order was for my second bathroom. I may order a 4th in the future for my other daughter and one for my guest bath. I also ordered the hoses, the refill beads, and the showerhead holders, everything came in a timely manner and the quality was great. The easy installation was just as they said it would be. What a great idea and what a great product.

Wow, just wow, this shower heads pressure is outstanding, the 3 settings are outstanding, and the mineral balls really remove the chlorine from our water. I'm a fan!!!

Faulty products

I bought Mineral Stream shower head 2.0 and when I installed it , it leaked terribly from the on off button. Despite repeated e-mails to the company the have failed to either replace the unit or refund my payment. They tell me their supplier needs a video of the faulty shower head to assess the problem. To me that is total idiocy because I do not have the equipment or the know how to send them a video. I am forced to report them to the BBB and any other consumer protection agency I can find. I am also seeking legal advice to see if I can proceed with a lawsuit against them.

I could not enjoy my mineral stream and the extra beads any more than I do now I know that I am going to order another shower mineral stream head for my other showers so in closing if you don't have this you need to get it

Yes, I had the impulse to buy this showerhead! I bought the 2.0. The showerhead that my apartment had was terrible. I had made the complaint that I could urinate harder than my showerhead and had dealt with it long enough. I saw this on TicTok and jumped to the opportunity to get one. Never have I made a better decision as I did that day! What a dramatic change in the quality of my shower!! I'm ordering more for christmas presents this year for sure! Everyone I know will have one by 2022! I promise you, this is truly an amazing thing to have! I recommend this to the whole world! I am so happy with my purchase! Can't thank you enough Mineral Stream and TicTok!!!
